How to choose the most suitable pressure gauge
Pressure gauge is mainly divided into two types, one is mechanical, while another is electronic, and now I would like to talk about the mechanical gauges, mechanical pressure gauge is divided into Bourdon tube pressure gauges, diaphragm pressure gauge, differential pressure gauge, diaphragm pressure gauge, diaphragm pressure gauge, and so on. We work in reality, the general need to confirm the selection of the following parameters:
First, dial diameter
Dial diameter is that we can default to gauge housing diameter, tend to be more commonly used is 50 mm, 63 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm (I have been to European standards listed in China and some other countries will a bit different)
Second, the shell material
Shell material is generally gauges have ABS (plastic), carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and copper alloy, we want to select the gauge shell material, depending on the environment. ABS 304 is commonly used stainless steel two.
Third, connection
Pressure gauge connections into axial (rear connection) and radial (bottom connection) are two, but in reality, the customer can choose a number of options depending on the situation, if the panel is installed, you can pre-election axial after the flange edge or belt fixation, radial flange edge can be selected before or after the fixed side, and so on.
